  1. Received this question while training at the gym today:

    "I have been training on and off for about 2 years now. I always hit my upper body because I really want look big but for like the last few months I haven't been seeing any results at all and I'm just frustrated. Is there anything I can do?"

  2. Are you able to perform one more rep, Push 5 more pounds, do one more push-up, have a fraction of an inch increase on chest width or smaller percentage body-fat in the past 2 months. If you answered yes to any of the above questions, then my friend you have not hit a plateau. Keep on pressing

  3. Will an ab workout like sit ups/ crunches be enough to tighten a flabby belly due to pregnancy? Seems like no matter how much I do... it doesnt go away!!!

  4. I need help loosing my baby weight, I am a breast feeding mom and I need some nutritional guidelines to follow and some exercises that I can do at home since I cant go to the gym because I work, and want to spend the time that I have with the baby. I have already lost 30 pounds in 3 months but I am still considered overweight. Im 5'5" and weight 174, my goal weight is 145 pounds. Im stuck and need help. Thanks
